Refund Policy – BrickPlatter
At BrickPlatter, we are committed to building trust and transparency in your real estate investment journey. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any investment commitment on our platform.
1. Expression of Interest (EOI) and Reservation Amounts
When you express interest in a property or reserve a unit by paying an Expression of Interest (EOI) or reservation amount, this amount is fully refundable in the following scenarios:
- If the property does not reach 100% funding.
- If you decide to cancel your reservation within 7 days of payment.
- If BrickPlatter decides not to proceed with the listing.
Refunds will be initiated within 30 working days of cancellation request, after verification.
2. Investment Commitments and SPV Agreements
Once the property reaches full funding and you sign the Investment Commitment Agreement and become part of the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), your contribution is non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Failure to register the SPV or complete the transaction due to unforeseen legal or compliance issues.
- Material breach or misrepresentation by BrickPlatter or its affiliates.
- Exit can be done after completion of Lock-in period or in case of sale of property.
In such rare cases, we will initiate a refund within 30 working days of verification.
3. Change of Mind
BrickPlatter does not offer refunds for change of mind or personal financial circumstances after execution of the Investment Agreement and allocation of shares in the SPV. We encourage all users to perform due diligence and consult with independent financial advisors before committing.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of payment gateway, transaction charges, government charges, taxes, penalties, interests, if any, unless waived by BrickPlatter at its discretion.
5. Communication & Dispute Resolution
All refund requests must be sent via email to support@brickplatter.com with payment proof and valid reason for refund. In the event of any dispute, our internal compliance and legal team will review and respond within 7 business days.
